BYD China Management Visits Patimban Port, Inspects Vehicle Inspection Process by Bandar Krida Jala

19 Mei 2026 | Patimban. Chinese automotive giant BYD has turned its direct attention to Patimban Port. A management team from BYD China made a special visit on Tuesday (19/5) to closely inspect the vehicle inspection process carried out by PT Bandar Krida Jala (BKJL) at the car terminal area.

The visit, which was also accompanied by the Car Terminal operator (PICT), serves as tangible proof of synergy among stakeholders in ensuring the smooth flow of the national automotive logistics chain. The BYD team’s main focus was on the activities of BKJL’s Logistics Quality Division, which acts as the frontline in ensuring every vehicle unit passes rigorous inspection standards.

Under direct supervision, BKJL personnel conducted a thorough inspection of the units’ physical condition. From the exterior to other operational details, the entire process was carried out with high standards of quality, safety, and precision. This step reflects the company’s commitment to delivering integrated and defect-free port services before the vehicles continue their journey into the hands of consumers.
