PT. Bandar Krida Jala (BKJL)

"PT. BKJL was established in 2021, providing vehicle loading/unloading and delivery services at Patimban Port-West Java, Indonesia. We serve both domestic and export-import shipments. We are committed to delivering the best service to our customers."

On January 18, 2021, PT. Bandar Krida Jala (BKJL) was formally established under a Notary Deed and Regional Government Permit with SIUP Number 503/0054/DPMPTSP/PK/B-J/I/2021, dated January 27, 2021. On October 7, 2021, Lt. Gen. (Ret.) R.M. Trusono, S.Mn., M.M., as a Chief of Yayasan Sosial Bhumyamca (Yasbhum), First Admiral (Ret.) Ika Irwanto, S.T. as Director of PT. PBM Bandar Krida Jasindo, jointly inaugurated the use of PT. BKJL's office.

Currently, PT Bandar Krida Jala's share ownership is held by Yasbhum shareholders at 70%, Admiral Lines at 15%, and finally PT Bandar Krida Jasindo (BKJ) at 15%.

Patimban Port is a National Strategic Project (PSN) aimed at realizing development with an Indonesia-centric paradigm to support the realization of the Golden Indonesia 2045 Vision. Together with Tanjung Priok Port, it forms part of the global supply chain.

Currently, Phase 2 construction is underway, which will increase the vehicle terminal capacity to 600,000 CBUs and the container terminal capacity to 5.5 million TEUs.

The first Director of PT. BKJL was First Admiral (Ret.) Ir. Muharam Ibrahim, M.A.P., who also played a role in the company's founding alongside the Commissioner, Rear Admiral (Ret.) Suwarno, SE.

PT. BKJL commenced operations on October 8, 2021, handling vehicle loading/unloading for PT. NYK SPIL Indororo (NSI) on domestic routes, which continued until 2023. On November 29, 2021, PT. Admiral Lines joined as one of the shareholders of PT. BKJL. Starting December 11, 2021, PT. BKJL was appointed by PT. TFLI as the field operator for Export and Import, handling Cargodoring, Receiving, and Delivery of Toyota, Daihatsu, Honda, Wuling, Suzuki, and Hino vehicles.

The current Director of PT. BKJL is First Admiral (Ret.) Joko Edi Supriyanto, S.Sos, who assumed office on July 9, 2024. The current Commissioner is First Admiral (Ret.) Daradjat H.
