Office Admin

Warehouse Admin will get information about cargo schedule by email from Customer. Admin will input information and barcode data then report continuosly to the Shipping Line.

Car Carrier (CC) Area

In the CC area unit will be received by Tally Port In, they will check whole travel document completely.

The Coordinator of CC (From Customer) will inspect every unit. If any defect part is found, the next process should follow Stop, Call, and Wait (SCW).

Check Point Area

Logistic Quality 1 (LQ1) is the Receiving Division in the R&D EXIM process. Their responsibilities include:
A. Inspecting travel documents, frame numbers, and machine numbers for each vehicle unit based on the data provided by the customer.
B. Examining every unit to identify any potential defects.

Temporary Area

After passing the document inspection at LQ1, the vehicle units will be shifting to the temporary parking area by CC drivers.

At this location, each unit will be marked with its designated destination area by Tally Receiving.

Final Parking Area

At the Final Parking location, we have stationed several divisions including:

• Driver Shifting

• Leadman

• LQ2

• Key Tally

• LQ3

• FallOut Tally

• Marking Tally

• Loading Tally

First, we'll explain the process of shifting units from the temporary area to Final Parking:

• Vehicle Entry: Drivers Shifting will enter the vehicles that need to be relocated.

• Direction Guidance: Shuttle Drivers will provide directions to guide each Driver Shifting to their designated Final Parking area.

• Parking Coordination: The Leadman will be positioned at Final Parking to coordinate and arrange the parking position of each incoming unit.

A.

Next, we have assigned LQ2 to identify and locate defects in the units at the final parking area. They will also scan the barcode on the window section for mapping purposes.

B.

The keys of vehicles in the Final Parking Area will be collected by the Key Tally team. Before the units are loaded onto the ship, the keys will be returned to their respective units.

C.

We have assigned LQ3 to conduct a final inspection and ensure that all units to be loaded are in good condition and free from defects.

D.

To remove stains such as bird droppings, paint chipping, and iron dust from the units, we have assigned the Fallout Tally team to perform the cleaning.

E.

Next, we have assigned the Marking Tally team to inscribe the case mark and carrier vessel name on each vehicle unit based on scanned barcode data.

F.

Finally, we have assigned the Loading Tally team to:

• Verify the export unit quantity matches the shipping documentation.

• Conduct port-out scanning prior to vessel loading".
